About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join the project management team. In this role, you will lead complex digital analytics, tech, and performance projects from initial scoping through to execution. You will act as the operational bridge between our clients and a multidisciplinary internal team of data architects, engineers, data scientists, and media experts, ensuring projects land on time, within scope, and aligned with client business goals.

You’ll work alongside our Program Management and Practice Consultants and collaborate closely with our media experts across the three pillars of our connected delivery model, which form one value chain.
- Data Foundations: Discovery, consultation, strategy, solution architecture, and implementation oversight
- Digital Intelligence: Analysis, insights generation, and strategic consultation
- Marketing Activation: Paid media, audience activation, and conversion programs that turn insight into business outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Resource Management
- Roadmapping & Blueprints:



Create comprehensive project blueprints, execution roadmaps, and detailed resource schedules.
- Sprint & Resource Planning: Plan, schedule, and allocate internal resources to sprints, managing practitioner capacity to balance delivery and team well-being.
- Scope & Budget Oversight: Actively monitor project health, scope, and budgets to forecast profitability and margins across engagements.
- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively pinpoint potential delivery challenges, scope creep, or budget deviations and deploy swift, effective solutions.
- Quality & Attention to Detail: Maintain rigorous attention to detail across technical specifications, sprint deliverables, and client reporting to consistently surpass project deadlines and quality targets.
