As a Data Governance Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to address their privacy law and data protection needs, leveraging your skills in data governance within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing data governance frameworks
- Leading the design and implementation of data governance strategies, operating models, policies, standards, and roadmaps aligned with business and data management objectives
- Managing Data Governance technology implementations through requirements gathering, solution design, testing, production rollout, and stakeholder adoption
- Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to establish data ownership, stewardship, metadata management, data lineage, data quality, and data lifecycle management practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address data breach incidents and enhance cybersecurity measures
- Supporting the development of privacy programs and policies to align with industry
