What You Get To Do
A Team Member greets and serves guests, prepares product, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and handles or processes light paperwork. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position, but not limited to the following:
- Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
- Look for opportunities to enhance both the customer’s meal and experience.
- Maintain high personal standards in both presentation and work habits including the provided uniform to meet the franchise and customer expectations.

- Ensure customers are served in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Complete suggestive selling techniques for each customer.
- Demonstrate an understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately.
- Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
- Complete daily work routines in an efficient and prompt manner.
- Check products in prep area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
- Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up. Understands and adheres to the 3-step method for cleaning.
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image.
- Complete food preparation, which may include cooking of product.
- Complete training courses as directed by the Manager.
