About The Role

We're looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to help Base360 reach short-term rental operators and property management companies — and turn attention into demo bookings, qualified leads,



and customers.

We're open to how you get there: you might go deep and own a single channel, or run across several. Paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, funnels — we want someone who can find what works and make it grow.

This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role. You'll work directly with the founder, experiment quickly, and build our growth engine from the ground up.

What You'll Do
- Own a growth channel end to end — or run across several. Set the strategy, launch campaigns, and take responsibility for results.
- Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings. Build campaigns that reach short-term rental operators through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and industry partnerships.
- Understand our customers. Learn how property managers operate, what slows them down, and what makes them switch software.
- Run experiments fast. Test hooks, audiences, funnels, and
