This position will manage and grow existing clients and, develop new relationships to expand these channels in a profitable manner to achieve the revenue targets as identified by the company. Develop outbound and domestic Sales and, ensure effective Sales operational interfaces with other departments of the organization while, managing service levels and procedures-policies that are in line with the company practices. Liaise with the TBOHolidays network offices to support and advise product requirements for the market.
Territory currently consists of the following region: Buenos Aires - Argentina.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop business from Key Customers for all the outbound sales from the assigned market.
- Establish close relations with the Key Decision Makers of current / potential clients.
- Establish in coordination with Regional Manager – Southern Rim a, clear entry strategy for new clients adopted to the local market / client requirements
- Develop and manage possible travel and tradeshows attendance in conjunction with Regional Manager – Southern Rim.




- Develop effective Sales strategy with priorities:
- Visit at least 5 current / potential clients daily – Meetings with Key decision makers
- Achieve sales targets (set forth by Regional Manager – Southern Rim)
- Develop and secure new business for instance, new XML and regular customers
- Increase sales with existing customers
- CRM daily update
- Provide competitor analysis
- Provide feed-back on product required to drive more sales.
- Monitor performance against budgets and identify variances, and take or advise on corrective action to address any variances.
- Deliver training programs online and in-person to agents.
- Serve as primary point of contact with any customer in your assigned territory.
- Maintain agent database and ensure updated and accurate for any marketing initiatives.
- Assist Account Receivables department when required.
