Your mission

Your mission will be to transform knowledge into clear, engaging, and relevant learning experiences for the BYD Argentina Dealer Network. Through in-person, virtual, and hybrid training, as well as the creation of digital and audiovisual content, you will help each team deepen its product knowledge, strengthen its sales skills, and deliver a customer experience aligned with BYD standards.

Business travel is required.

Job responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid training for dealer staff—including sales, service, and management teams—on product knowledge, sales skills,



customer service, and brand confidence.
- Develop, record, edit, and publish engaging digital training content, including instructional videos, e-learning courses, tutorials, presentations, and other multimedia resources.
- Conduct on-site training visits to dealers across Argentina and localize training materials, such as handbooks and presentations, according to local market and cultural needs.
- Identify training gaps through collaboration with dealers and sales teams, measure training effectiveness using KPIs, and submit reports to the Argentina Training Coordinator.
- Build strong partnerships with dealer management, provide post-training support, and represent the dealer network’s training needs.

Requirements

Education
- Bachelor’s degree, technical degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
