The Konrad Group of Primrose Schools is looking for an experienced, energetic, and relationship-driven Executive Director who is ready to lead with purpose.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop teachers and management team members
- Create a positive, professional, accountable school culture
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain exceptional employees




- Drive enrollment and build strong relationships with prospective and current families
- Maintain high standards for customer service and family satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, safety, and Primrose standards
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and operational expenses
