Job Title: Capacity Planner
City: Don Torcuato, Argentina

Your key responsibilities
- Review new customer orders and assess their impact on production capacity and planning priorities.
- Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand, production capacity, material availability and delivery requirements.
- Partner closely with Manufacturing to monitor production plan execution, address constraints and adjust priorities as needed.
- Collaborate with Material Planning and Logistics to monitor the availability of critical raw materials and mitigate potential supply risks.
- Identify and evaluate alternative materials or solutions to minimize potential impacts on production and customer deliveries.
- Review material forecasts and planning requirements to ensure alignment between demand and material availability.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and planning forums, collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.

You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics,



Economics or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with integral stakeholders.
- Experience working with SAP and MRP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Kinaxis is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organization.
