We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, modernize, and support business-critical enterprise applications used for clinical protocol authoring, review, approval, versioning, and publishing. This role combines front-end and back-end engineering expertise with technical leadership responsibilities to deliver secure, scalable, intuitive, maintainable, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Application Development
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise‑grade web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Build intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations using Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, Python, or equivalent technologies.
- Implement secure RESTful and GraphQL services to support business workflows and enterprise integrations.
- Develop reusable components, shared services, and common application frameworks to promote consistency and maintainability.




- Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, database, and third‑party platforms.

Solution Design & Architecture
- Contribute to application architecture, technical design, service decomposition, and integration strategies.
- Define coding standards, development guidelines, reusable patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Design scalable solutions that meet performance, availability, maintainability, security, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in solution reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision‑making processes.
- Support modernization initiatives, platform upgrades, and technical debt reduction efforts.

Data Management & Integration
- Design and optimize relational and non‑relational data models.
- Develop database queries, stored procedures, and data access layers as required.
