Join our team and take your career to new heights As an A&P; Mechanic III, you will lead routine maintenance projects and mentor junior mechanics. You will perform complex diagnostics and repairs independently, ensuring all work adheres to high safety and regulatory standards. This position is a DEPLOY ONLY role, no relocation is needed. You will work 60 days ON then 30 days OFF on rotation basis.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance projects.
- Mentor and guide junior mechanics.
- Conduct complex diagnostics and repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and compliant with standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
- Active,



current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P;) certification with no prior FAA violations.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work locations.
- Ability to understand and interpret applicable technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications.
- Advanced skills in repairing, maintaining and/or troubleshooting aircraft airframes and engines.
- Ability to deploy for an extended amount of time to various OCONUS operating locations.
- Ability to meet current DoD and Combatant Command requirements for deployed locations.
- Willing to deploy OCONUS on an approximate 60/30 rotation.
- Successfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessment.
- Must be willing and able to work extended hours, holidays and shift schedules as required.
- Successfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessment.
- Ability to obtain a current/ valid passport and be able to obtain a visa
