Job Description: ROLE PURPOSE
This is an opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented Sr. Associate, Project Management to support the successful delivery of digital marketing projects within a friendly, ambitious, and talented team passionate about all things digital. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized team member with 1–3 years of experience to support project managers and account teams across SEO, Paid Search, and other digital marketing projects. In this role, you will help keep projects organized, maintain timelines, prepare meeting notes and status updates, organize project documentation, and support day-to-day coordination across internal teams, clients, and third-party partners. As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you should be eager to learn, comfortable communicating with stakeholders, and committed to helping projects move forward accurately, efficiently. This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, and works for teams located in Dentsu's agencies in other countries.



Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support project managers with day-to-day coordination across digital marketing projects
- Maintain project timelines, task lists, status trackers, and shared documentation
- Schedule internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and distribute follow-ups
- Help track project deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and open action items
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect updates and ensure project information is accurate and current
- Prepare and update project status reports for review by project managers and account leads
- Assist with organizing project materials, client feedback, files, and documentation in shared systems
- Support the intake and tracking of new work requests under the guidance of project managers
