Overview Of Position

The Business Intelligence Solutions Specialist supports Legal and Compliance operations by designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that improve decision‑making, operational efficiency, and business performance. This role partners closely with Legal, Compliance, IT, and third‑party vendors to translate business requirements into reporting, analytics, automation, and technology solutions. The position serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, developing business intelligence solutions, supporting data integrations, driving automation initiatives, and leading projects that enhance operational effectiveness. The Business Intelligence Solutions Specialist leverages Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Power Automate, APIs, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence solutions, to deliver measurable business value and continuous improvement.

Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports,



and visualizations that provide actionable business insights and support strategic decision‑making.
- Design and maintain data models that support accurate, scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop reporting solutions and KPIs that measure operational performance and support business objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting and analytics outputs.
- Implement and maintain appropriate data access controls, including Power BI row‑level security, workspace permissions, and other measures to protect sensitive or confidential information.
- Support the development lifecycle of business intelligence solutions and projects, including requirements, development, testing, deployment, workspace management, scheduled refreshes, production releases, and ongoing enhancements.
