Impulso Media is a full-service performance marketing agency built for DTC, ecommerce, and modern pop culture brands. We hold Shopify Platinum Partner and Klaviyo Platinum Partner status, and we run paid media, SEO, lifecycle, Shopify development, and creative production under one roof.

We have a large focus on AI across the agency, our team uses AI tools daily for feed optimization, creative testing, reporting, and account structure, so more time goes into strategy and judgment and less into manual grunt work.

Our founder is originally from Argentina and has spent over 15 years building in North America. That background shows up in our team: a mix of North American and Latin American talent working together.

About The Role

We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist who is passionate about Google Ads and knows how to scale DTC ecommerce brands profitably. This is an end-to-end ownership role: strategy, execution, optimization, and scale, on your accounts,



reporting directly to our Head of Paid.

You should be comfortable inside Shopify (or WooCommerce), obsessed with clean data, fluent in using AI to move faster, and focused on one thing: profitable growth. If ROAS, contribution margin, and scaling pressure excite you, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Own

Campaign Management
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns
- Test and iterate on account structure, bidding strategies, and ad creative
- Use AI-assisted tools for creative testing, asset generation, and search term mining to move faster than manual workflows allow

Shopify & Feed Integration
- Own the integration between Shopify/WooCommerce, Google Merchant Center, and Google Ads
- Keep product feed data (titles, images, pricing) accurate and optimized in Merchant Center
- Use AI tools to help flag feed errors and optimize listings at scale
