Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Position Objective

Responsible for leading and managing the hotel’s Human Resources operations, ensuring the effective administration of recruitment, development, training, compensation, employee relations, internal communications, and organizational culture processes. This role promotes a positive work environment aligned with Hilton’s standards and programs, contributing to Team Member satisfaction, compliance with applicable labor laws, and the achievement of the hotel’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Selection
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes across all organizational levels.




- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes.
- Build relationships with universities, educational institutions, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
- Ensure vacancies are filled promptly while maintaining high selection standards.
- Personnel Administration and Payroll
- Coordinate and oversee payroll processing by preparing, validating, and submitting payroll updates to the external payroll provider or responsible department.
- Manage personnel files, employment documentation, and mandatory records.
- Monitor hires, terminations, contractual amendments, and other personnel changes.
- Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Employee and Labor Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for resolving individual and collective labor issues.
- Advise leaders on disciplinary matters and people management.
