COMMERCEY (http://commercey.co) is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Welsh-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing international team.
This is a fully remote position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
In this role, you will provide professional customer support in Welsh, assisting customers with their enquiries, resolving requests efficiently, and contributing to a positive customer experience across multiple support channels.
Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training will be provided. You will receive guidance on our systems, customer support tools, services, and operational processes, giving you the knowledge and skills needed to perform confidently in the role and develop professionally within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support in Welsh via email, helpdesk, and telephone.
Customer Assistance
Respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services.
Case Management




Manage customer requests efficiently and elevate more complex cases to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Customer Communication
Maintain clear, respectful, and solution-oriented communication while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Native or fluent Welsh, both spoken and written – mandatory
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, for internal communication, training, and operational purposes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
