Role Summary
The ACE Team is a dedicated SL team for the evaluation and risks related to commitments in accordance with compliance with QRM rules.
The role focuses on supporting daily administrative, quality, and risk-related activities, ensuring tasks are properly tracked, organized, and followed up across multiple stakeholders. It helps maintain visibility over progress, anticipate potential blockers, and keep teams aligned to support timely and structured delivery.
Working closely with Germany-based stakeholders and global teams, this position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within structured processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support client-facing teams by ensuring timely and accurate updates on sales opportunities and project code entries status.
- Risk assessments and related activities,



including tracking, follow-up, and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in contracting-related activities by coordinating information, tracking progress, and following up on pending actions until the deal is signed off.
- Update and maintain tracking tools to reflect real-time projects status, working closely with local and global teams for data management purposes.
- Set up and share periodic status updates on the assigned deals to provide support for, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and key achievements.

Skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of experience in operational support, coordination, administrative, or similar roles (preferred)
- Fluent German (required) to interact with Germany-based stakeholders
- Strong English communication skills (
