As our Treasury Analyst, you will own the day-to-day visibility and accuracy of our cash position across a multi-brand, multi-entity DTC e-commerce business. You’ll make sure we know where our cash is, how it’s moving, and what we expect it to look like ahead, giving the team reliable data to make better financial decisions.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working across banks, payment processors, legal entities, and currencies. You’ll manage cash reporting and forecasting, processor and bank reconciliations, intercompany activity, payment runs, and working capital while helping us build more scalable and reliable treasury processes.
What You’ll Own
- Maintain an accurate daily consolidated cash position across all legal entities and banking partners.
- Build and maintain a rolling 13-week cash forecast, identifying and explaining key changes, risks, and variances week over week.
- Reconcile payment processor settlements to bank deposits and the general ledger, including settlement timing, reserves, and deposit mechanics.




- Track and document intercompany transfers across entities, keeping balances, schedules, and supporting documentation accurate and current.
- Prepare payment runs by gathering approved invoices, scheduling payments, and maintaining clear supporting documentation for approval.
- Maintain working capital reporting across supplier payment terms, deposits, balance schedules, and cash conversion cycles, updating cash models as terms change.
- Monitor chargebacks and disputes and maintain clear visibility into their impact on cash.
- Track merchant account health, including reserve levels, processing limits, and decline patterns, identifying and escalating anomalies early.
- Maintain accurate bank account records across entities, including signatories, access, and mandates.
- Support month-end close through accurate and timely cash and bank reconciliations.
