Position Summary

Leadership plays a critical role in how we grow, innovate, and serve our customers. As a Principal, Talent Sourcer on our Executive Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help us identify and engage VP+ leaders for key roles across the business. Partnering closely with Executive Recruiters and senior stakeholders, you’ll bring a strong understanding of the external talent market, turning insights into proactive sourcing strategies that strengthen our leadership pipeline.

What you’ll do
- Lead proactive sourcing for VP+ officer roles across the business, managing longlisting, research, and outreach.




- Serve as a first point of contact for executive candidates – conducting thoughtful outreach and early assessments.
- Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles and future leadership needs, partnering closely with Talent Management on identifying gaps through succession planning.
- Deliver market insights, talent intelligence, and competitor research that inform executive recruiting strategies.
- Keep candidate pipelines and activity updated in CRM tools like Avature, ensuring alignment across the team.
- Collaborate closely with Executive Recruiters, Project Managers and cross‑functional partners throughout each search.

What you’ll bring
- 8+ years of experience sourcing executive or senior leadership talent, ideally within a Fortune 100 company or general executive search firm.
- Strong research and market mapping capabilities, with experience delivering talent insights.
