The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring new business partners, including Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates, to drive new client acquisition. The role is highly focused on expanding the company’s reach by developing new relationships with potential partners across integral markets, with a strong emphasis on bringing in IBs who can refer high-value clients. This role involves prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and managing the onboarding of new IBs, ensuring they are successfully integrated into the partnership structure.
