Position Summary

Edify promotes holistic and high-quality Christ-centered education in partnership with low-fee independent Christ-centered schools. TheSalesforce Systems and Engagement Officeris a full time position that will thrive in a challenging,



innovative, and empowering mission-focused work environment. This role willplay a hybrid role that balances technical data execution with user-facing training and support across our Latin America operations. As Edify continues to scale, this position bridges the gap between the technical backend (automation, SQL, and database management) and staff enablement (training, onboarding, and adoption).

This role is designed as a blend of technical and user enablement work: some of your time will be focused on technical sustainability, system configurations, and exploring programmatic solutions, and some will be dedicated to empowering our field staff in Latin America, running training sessions, and translating user feedback into clear system improvements. This position reports to the Salesforce Lead and will work closely with our Salesforce Engagement Officer in Africa.
