Operational, analytical, process, and stakeholder support across EY Independence Learning/Culture processes
Purpose
Help safeguard EY’s brand by supporting compliance with auditor independence requirements and EY Independence policies.
Role Purpose
Support EY’s Independence function in protecting the EY’s brand and enabling compliance with regulatory, professional, and EY Independence requirements. The role provides operational execution, research, analysis, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder support to US Independence team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reviews and analysis related to firm and personal independence matters using EY Independence tools and systems such as SuccessFactors, Integral Monitoring System (GMS) and Personal Independence Navigator (PIN).




- Support Independence processes including independence course assignment management, learning compliance, reporting and other operational activities.
- Research, validate, reconcile, and maintain independence-related data, documentation, and organizational structures, ensuring information is accurate, complete and consistently maintained across related resources.
- Respond to inquiries, performing compliance checks, and escalating complex or non-routine matters as required.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, metrics, and analysis to support Independence leadership decision-making and monitoring activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement, automation, AI, and process-enhancement initiatives to improve service quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple geographies while maintaining quality, timeliness, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
