You will combine customer consulting, business process expertise, testing knowledge, and product understanding to deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers.You will also play an important role in supporting the growth of our Product Services capability in Argentina by mentoring colleagues, sharing expertise,



and helping develop the next generation of consultants within the team.# What You'll Do### Lead Customer Engagements* Lead the delivery of SmartTM testing solutions for customers implementing or maintaining Workday.* Build trusted customer relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout project delivery.* Ensure solutions are aligned to customer objectives, business requirements, and testing strategies.* Balance customer needs, technical considerations, and commercial objectives to deliver successful outcomes.### Understand Customer Requirements* Lead discovery and analysis activities to understand customer Workday configurations and business processes.* Develop expertise across Workday domains including Payroll, HCM, Financials, Recruiting, and Security.* Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, reduce risk, and increase operational efficiency.### Design & Deliver SmartTM Solutions* Define and communicate the
