- Review purchase requisitions and purchase orders to validate compliance with purchasing policies and operational requirements.




- Verify that requests contain the required information, approvals, coding, and supporting documentation before processing.
- Identify incomplete or non-compliant requests and follow up with users to obtain corrections or missing documentation.
- Guide and support Casual Buyers and internal stakeholders regarding Purchase Order, Non-PO invoice, and Accounts Payable requirements.
- Support routine Purchase to Pay activities related to purchasing, invoice processing, and payment inquiries.
- Collaborate with regional buyers, suppliers, and PTP team members to resolve routine operational queries.
- Escalate policy exceptions, complex cases, and recurring issues to the appropriate experienced analyst or responsible team.
- Maintain accurate records and support the monitoring of pending requests, turnaround times, and operational follow-ups.
