HOW WILL YOU DO IT?
Through your daily contribution, you will work across Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, R&D;, Marketing and Finance, developing a broad understanding of the business and the supplier ecosystem.
You will analyze cost structures and market dynamics, support supplier risk and capacity management, participate in supplier performance routines, and help move opportunities from idea to implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role goes beyond transactional purchasing.



You will help translate business needs into sourcing and supplier solutions that improve cost, service, quality, resilience and speed to market.
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFQs, negotiations, cost analysis, benchmarking and alternative supply scenarios.
- Manage and develop key suppliers across cost, quality, service, innovation and supply resilience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on NPD, supplier qualifications, material changes and implementation of new solutions.
- Lead Supplier Development initiatives and support sustainable corrective actions for performance issues.
- Identify cost savings, value creation and working-capital opportunities.
- Drive process simplification, digitalization, automation and AI-enabled ways of working
