Summary

Under general direction and through funding provided from the Title VI Grant, the incumbent coordinates a variety of administrative and grant processes, procedures and submissions. These duties will include coordinating parent liaison e?orts to the Native populations, which will increase the involvement and participation of Native parents, guardians and students. Additionally, they will provide culturally responsive supplemental materials, regularly review data,



communicate these data findings and advocate for student growth.

Essential Functions
- Communicates information for targeted students using culturally responsive strategies.
- Provides information and ideas for utilizing disaggregated student achievement data to support Native American students.
- Collaborates and communicates with administration, teachers, and other stakeholders by using established procedures regarding their speci?c coordination of the position objectives/tasks.
- Works with Native American Families to complete 506 form requirements, identify new families, assist in meeting Title VI compliance requirements, and analyze needs assessment to best meet the needs of our students in the program.
- Performs many grant processes, procedures, communicates with Navajo Nation and Johnson O'Malley and prepares submissions.
