Description
The Human Resources Manager provides comprehensive HR partnership and support to designated business units and leaders. This role delivers strategic and operational HR solutions, supporting organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership success. The HR Manager works closely with HR colleagues across Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to deliver consistent, high-quality HR programs and day-to-day guidance without direct people management responsibilities. This role may or may not manage others, depending on business need.

- Strong understanding and experience working with multiple human resource disciplines such as employee relations, compensation, organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition, engagement and inclusion and federal and state employment laws.
- Proven conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills, with ability to provide constructive guidance and influence outcomes.




- Strong communication skills and ability to analyze data and provide recommendations for senior leadership as well as stakeholders on various people management approaches, strategies, and solutions.
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable HR strategies.
- Ability to successfully complete multiple priorities and work well under pressure with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Extremely well developed organizational skills with close attention to details.

EXPERIENCE
Essential
- 10+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, with demonstrated progressive/strategic experience as a HR partner.
