The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and strong data integration skills. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects involving SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration within our organization. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope and budget.

Your key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, establish project timelines, and define deliverables
- Manage project schedules, milestones,



and resources to ensure timely project completion
- Identifies, documents, and manages project risks, assumptions, and issues; work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and implements approved actions an workarounds
- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors expertise to provide insights and guidance to project teams, ensuring the best utilization of the platform's capabilities
- Manage data integration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and validation, to ensure accurate and efficient data flow across systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flow
