Brainlabs is seeking a Lead Recruiter for our Buenos Aires Campus to lead Academy programs and experienced hires. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Argentina, partner with managers, build pipelines, and ensure a superb candidate experience.
You will manage requisitions, reporting, and continuous process improvements while mentoring a TA Associate. The role requires 5–6 years in talent acquisition, fluency in English and Spanish, and comfort with Greenhouse and AI-enabled tools.
