We're Hiring: Tax Preparer

Key Requirements
- Advanced English (C1) required
- 4-6 years of experience preparing U.S. Federal and State Tax Returns
- Hands-on experience with Individual, Partnership, and Corporate Tax Returns
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Taxation and Statutory Accounting Principles
- Experience in Public Accounting or Corporate Accounting
- Experience with financial statements, month-end close, and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

Main Responsibilities
- Prepare Federal and State tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Support tax planning and estimated tax projections
- Perform bookkeeping activities related to tax engagements
- Conduct tax research and identify filing requirements




- Review client documentation and identify outstanding items
- Utilize tax software to prepare and process tax returns
- Analyze financial information and identify tax-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Trust and Non-Profit tax returns
- Knowledge of GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles
- Experience with CCH ProSystem fx, Engagement, and Thomson Reuters Practice Management
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume tax environment and work additional hours during peak seasons
