POSITION: Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
Compensation: 2000 – 2600 USD/month
Note: Independent contractor position
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- Edit 1 high-retention long-form YouTube video and 4–5 short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) per week.
- Analyze YouTube Studio and social media retention graphs to identify drop-off points and implement creative pacing fixes for future edits.
- Conduct weekly hook and thumbnail experiments to consistently increase average view duration quarter-over-quarter.
- Proactively manage the weekly content calendar and advise on upcoming video concepts based on performance data.
