Role purpose

Own the scalability of Movantis’ internal systems and cross-functional services, and the execution discipline behind the product roadmap.

Movantis is expanding its product portfolio while reducing headcount. Operations have to scale for the products to scale — and today many operational processes still run manually, on money. This role exists to change that: it owns the internal backoffices and cross-functional services as products, leads the enabling functions that serve the whole portfolio, and runs the cadence that turns roadmap commitments into clients in production.

Around 70% of 2026 revenue crosses the product roadmap — new-product growth and market share in Money Services, B2B Payments & FX, Stablecoins and Wallets, plus defending the remittance book. This role protects the execution that converts it.

What you’ll own

Scalable internal systems. Product ownership of the internal backoffices and cross-functional services that support Finance, Business Operations,



Compliance and Support — today unowned and built ad hoc — so operations scale with the portfolio instead of adding manual work with every new product.

Automation of manual money processes. Commissions, settlements, payouts, balance integrity and reconciliation. Our operational inventory is cash: a manual error is not a defect, it is money. You reduce that exposure structurally.

The Efficiency Roadmap. A protected share of quarterly roadmap capacity, agreed with the product groups, dedicated to time reduction, cost reduction, customer satisfaction and loyalty, risk reduction and incident reduction — with baselines and metrics agreed up front. Without a reserved allocation and a named owner, this work always loses to feature work.
