Commercial Finance Business Partner (FP&A;)
A leading multinational company is seeking a talented finance professional to join its Commercial FP&A; team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders, supporting strategic decision making through financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial insights and will gain broad exposure to commercial operations within a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and latest estimate processes.
- Partner with commercial leaders to provide financial analysis and business insights.
- Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Analyze financial results, variances, and key business drivers.
- Participate in planning cycles and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.




- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring compliance with corporate financial standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Control, or Corporate Finance.
- Prior exposure to accounting processes, financial close activities, tax, controlling, or back-office finance operations.
- Experience working in multinational environments.
- Previous experience in Big Four firms is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management.
- Experience acting as a Finance Business Partner for commercial or operational teams.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Experience with Hyperion Planning is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
