About the Role
As our Outbound Growth Lead, you will build and own MEDLIFE’s outbound engine from the ground up.
Your goal will be simple:
Find the right students → reach them through effective cold outreach → generate qualified conversations → help turn those conversations into future MEDLIFE leaders.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys building systems, testing ideas, working with data, and seeing measurable results.
What You’ll Do:
- Build targeted prospect lists of U.S. universities, student organizations, programs, and individual students.




- Develop Adecuado Customer Profiles (ICPs) and identify high‑potential audiences.
- Use tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn, enrichment platforms, and AI tools to research and enrich prospect data.
- Build and manage high-volume cold email campaigns.
- Create and test email sequences, subject lines, CTAs, and follow-ups.
- Manage email deliverability, including domains, inboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm‑up, bounce rates, and sender reputation.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data.
- Work closely with the Expansion, Sales, Marketing, and Data teams.
- Track the entire funnel from initial outreach to qualified conversations and conversions.
- Use AI and automation to scale outreach while maintaining quality and protecting MEDLIFE’s brand reputation.
- Maintain responsible and compliant outreach practices.
