Job Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities Leads end to end contracting related to clinical, commercial, corporate (Direct and Indirect) contracts for products and services including but not limited to Vendor Master Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements, consulting agreements, professional services agreements, SW licensing, SaaS, HR & staffing agreements and other contracts and strategic alliances, data privacy related agreements as well as various issues escalated from the business units and internal departments.
