Senior Commercial Pricing and Policy Specialist: Play a key regional role within Philips’ Personal Health (PH) business, strengthening pricing and commercial decision-making across Latin America and turning pricing insights into recommendations that support profitable growth.Your role: * Analyze price variances, margins, and pricing trends to identify opportunities and recommend strategies that improve revenue, profitability, and commercial performance.* Partner closely with Sales, serving as an internal pricing expert who evaluates and validates pricing for commercial opportunities while ensuring alignment with company commercial policies and guidelines.* Support pricing decisions across Argentina and Chile, with additional exposure to Uruguay, Peru, Bolivia, and Paraguay, where operations are managed through distributors.* Implement and support advanced pricing tools, track critical pricing indicators, and connect pricing strategies with business metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS)



and market share to inform strategic decisions.* Help strengthen pricing and commercial policy processes by bringing structure, analytical thinking, and business perspective, while coordinating pricing and portfolio strategy information with relevant regional stakeholders.
