What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will: Lead the company's drug, biologics, and medical devices surveillance program, including intake, evaluation, and processing of adverse reports, supporting both clinical trials and post-marketing activities. Drive improvements in products, processes, and services by leveraging extensive knowledge of internal and external business challenges,



and lead projects to meet objectives and prepare forecasts for resource requirements. Provide technical guidance and oversight to team members, playing a crucial role in problem-solving, and manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities involving cross-functional representatives. Organize and manage the country safety group to ensure effective coverage of safety-related activities, including monitoring and managing recruitment and training of colleagues. Ensure timely and accurate handling of individual and aggregate reports to meet corporate and regulatory reporting requirements and provide guidance for standardization of processes and goals. Mentor colleagues on the effective use of the corporate safety database, leveraging required judgment, issue resolution, and negotiation skills necessary for leadership roles. Analyze and monitor activities, define and implement corrective actions where applicable, and lead people, technology, and financial resources
