Built Technologies is looking for Software Engineers to join our team in Argentina.
This team works on the lending side of Built as we partner with financial institutions to streamline the construction lending industry Built’s platform is responsible for processing 10% of all U.S construction spend and serving as the critical link between lenders and borrowers. We're looking for a candidate that can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact on our team and organization.
With a lot of exciting work coming down our pipeline, we're in search of a proactive self-starter that can serve as a point of technical expertise on the team as well as a mentor to more junior team members.
Engineers at Built are Technical Leaders who:
- Deliver complex end-to-end solutions involving multiple components and teams, addressing ambiguity and driving initiatives aligned with team OKRs.
- Assess technical solutions to ensure they align with product strategy, providing insightful recommendations on priorities and trade-offs.
- Lead large-scale refactors and system upgrades, estimating scope and proactively managing risks in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Expand into architectural and systems thinking, documenting system structures and processes clearly for cross-team understanding.
