We are seeking a Transportation Analyst to join our team at CPS Argentina , our concentrate plant located in CABA , under a fixed-term contract until August 31, 2027 .
What You'll Do for Us
- Optimize Transportation Processes : Support inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring smooth data integration between Transport Management Systems (TMS) and other IT systems like SAP.
- Analyze and Report Trends : Use analytical tools such as Power BI to report trends in transport activities and carrier performance, providing actionable insights to the transport team.
- Support Financial Activities : Prepare baseline files for RFQ/rates submission, assist with budgeting, and ensure timely payment to service providers in accordance with agreed terms.
- Manage Freight Settlement and Claims : File, process,



and follow up on carrier claims while ensuring timely closure of quality notifications related to transportation defects.
- Drive Continuous Improvement : Lead initiatives to improve transportation processes, implement recommendations, and follow up on action plans to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Establish routines and communication plans with internal teams and external partners, including carriers and 3PL providers, to ensure seamless operations.
- Support Sustainability Goals : Partner with carriers, 3PL providers, and the Global Logistics team to align transportation activities with Coca-Cola's sustainability objectives.
- Monitor Ingredient Coverage : Identify critical import orders and manage SAP/MRP systems to ensure ingredient availability and avoid stockouts at CPS Argentina.
- Participate in Global Projects : Contribute to integral and operational transport projects, including digitalization initiative
