About The Role

We are looking for a Python Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of secure, scalable, and reliable healthcare software solutions.

You will work primarily on backend development using Python and FastAPI, building APIs, data models, integrations,



and business logic while collaborating closely with frontend engineers and other stakeholders.

Because our products handle sensitive healthcare information, you will also contribute to systems where security, privacy, permissions, and auditability are critical.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Build robust data models and database interactions using PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic.
- Manage database schema changes and migrations using Alembic.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external platforms, including Salesforce REST APIs, webhooks, and Platform Events.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization flows, including integration with AWS Cognito and external identity providers through OIDC/SAML.
- Work with role-based access control (RBAC) and case-level permissions.
- Ensure appropriate handling and protection of PHI (Protected Health Information) and suppor
