Jobresponsibilities
- Coordinate with government services related to public property records
- Coordinate with municipalities to follow their guidelines regarding the construction permit application form
- Coordinate with authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain the necessary permits
- Manage and validate land parcels according to legal and technical requirements
- Organize and review documentation related to acquisitions, permits, and subdivisions
- Resolve complex issues related to permits, subdivisions, and negotiations
- Track and prepare reports on regularization, subdivision, and documentation
- Interact with rural communities and urban/rural property owners to ensure regulatory compliance

JobRequirementandQualification
- Bachelor's degree / Law degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience drafting legal contracts
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the physical and legal sanitation of land, subdivisions, and registries
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Availability to travel (occasionally)
