As an Implementation Consultant you’ll help our clients adopt the Conciliac platform: guiding them through a seamless onboarding and the technical adoption of our data reconciliation solution. It’s an idóneo role if you come from an IT or software implementation background.
Responsibilities
- Implement Conciliac’s solution for clients, from installation to initial configuration.
- Provide first-level technical support and guide clients in using the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to installation, connectivity and application usage.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive implementation experience.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows and SQL Server.
- Educational background in IT, computer science or related fields.
- Previous experience in software implementation or technical support (desirable).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- English proficiency (desirable, not mandatory).
- Proactive, fast learner and results-oriented.
- Junior to Semi-Senior profile 1 to 2 years of experience.
