What You’ll Do for Us Leads the implementation of Coca-Cola Company’s vision, with strong collaboration internally and externally, able to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete local plans with agile and effective decision making. by shaping and implementing core capabilities and managing franchise leadership within multi channels and the KO System. Manages the day-to-day operations of the franchise incl. marketing, commercial, technical and financial. Leads communication flow between “Bottler” and KO concerning priorities, programs, address market issues and performance; cooperates with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business. Monitors performance and evolution of key indicators with execution discipline to achieve Stills BP objectives (e.g. share, revenues, volume, coverage, prices, etc.). Reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions. Develop processes and systems to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation.
