We are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Argentina.

This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, commercial performance, and profitability across assigned Latin American markets. The position will partner closely with regional stakeholders and business partners to develop and execute commercial strategies that strengthen market competitiveness, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver sustainable business results.

A Day in the Life
- Lead business development initiatives and drive commercial performance across assigned markets to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Define, monitor, and manage key business performance indicators, including market share, retail sales, wholesale sales,



allocation efficiency, and profitability metrics.
- Develop and execute commercial and go-to-market strategies in partnership with regional stakeholders and business partners, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Analyze economic, political, social, and competitive market trends to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and support strategic decision-making.
- Act as the primary commercial liaison among cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution of business plans, vehicle allocation strategies, and product launch activities.

Who We're Looking For

Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, with exposure to Sales, Business Development, Commercial Planning, Distribution, Marketing, or Customer Experience.
