Kraken is seeking a Head of Exchange Infrastructure to own the layer every product relies on: the matching engine, core infrastructure, and API engine. You will lead a team of four to five product managers and partner with an engineering manager to drive a unified, high-performance platform.
You will consolidate multiple matching engines, define metrics like p99 latency and uptime, and align cross-functional teams across product, engineering, risk, and compliance to stay ahead in crypto markets.
