You are a Senior .NET Engineer who thrives on solving complex production issues across Azure-hosted environments. You enjoy investigating problems beyond the application layer, connecting signals across code, infrastructure, identity, networking, integrations, and data to understand what is happening and drive incidents through resolution.
You bring strong technical judgment and remain composed during high-impact situations, using logs, metrics, traces, and distributed telemetry to isolate root causes and make informed decisions. You take ownership of critical escalations, collaborate effectively across Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams, and can translate complex technical findings into clear business impact, resolution plans, and executive-ready documentation.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience working with C# and .NET applications,
including substantial production support or operational troubleshooting responsibilities.
- Advanced experience troubleshooting ASP.NET Core applications, REST APIs, integrations, and background services at production scale.
- Proven experience independently owning and resolving critical P1/P2 production incidents.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure App Services, AKS, storage, networking, and Microsoft Entra ID or Azure AD.
- Ability to navigate the Azure Portal fluently during real-time incident investigations.
- Experience receiving escalations from L1 and L2 support teams and driving them through resolution.
- Strong root-cause analysis capabilities using logs, metrics, traces, and distributed telemetry.
- Hands-on experience configuring and tuning Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, alerts, and operational dashboards.
