About the Role

This position will be responsible for assisting customers with questions, requests, reservations, follow-ups, and general support while representing the company in a professional and helpful manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist customers with requests, reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been addressed.




- Maintain accurate customer information and communication records in company systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity standards.
- Protect customer confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
- Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional and friendly attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and helpful when handling difficult situations.
