As enterprise-wide suppliers become increasingly critical to EY’s transformation, growth and productivity agenda, EY is strengthening how it manages, governs and realises value from its most strategic technology contracts.

The VEMO Contracts Value Optimisation Lead will support post‑deal commercial management of Microsoft, ensuring commitments, benefits, ECIF/investments, consumption trends and drawdown are visible, evidenced and translated into measurable value.

Working across Integral Procurement, EY Technology, Finance, Legal and Alliance Management, the role provides commercial analysis, value tracking and governance support without owning alliance strategy, relationship management, GTM activation, sales pipeline, campaigns or partner investment strategy.





This is a collaborative enablement role requiring commercial curiosity, analytical rigour, disciplined delivery and strong stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will help EY maximise value from one of its largest technology supplier contracts while supporting VEMO reporting, renewal planning and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Value Realisation & Performance Management
- Maintain a transparent view of Microsoft contract value, including benefits, commitments and eligible investments
- Track quantitative value, cost avoidance, optimisation, ECIF/investment drawdown and realised benefits
- Ensure expected benefits are achieved, evidenced and reported post-signature
- Maintain value dashboards, performance metrics and management information
- Identify value leakage, under-utilisation, duplication and cost optimisation opportunities, excluding sales or pipeline-growth activity
- Use automation, analytics and approv
