What we are looking for -

Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Platform Operations Specialist. This role owns the day-to-day operational execution of our members area: QA, sales tracking and reporting, promo execution, price verification, monitoring of upsell, cross-sell and onboarding flows, and analysis of how members actually use the app.





You will report to the Growth Lead, within the Growth Operations team, and will directly support the team's strategist by taking operational execution off their plate. You will work closely with Tech to surface needs, document requirements clearly, and help sort out priorities. This job is a REMOTE position.

The job will start on a 90-day probationary period.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Run continuous QA on the members area: flows, new features, releases, and error states. Catch what is broken before a member does.
- Verify and validate that displayed pricing is correct across every touchpoint of the members area, systematically and on a recurring basis.
- Execute promo launches and takedowns, confirming that each one starts and ends exactly as defined.
