How you will contribute:

You will join Plantible’s Upstream Processing (USP) team, supporting core production activities that ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with USP Supervisors and cross‑functional partners to maintain high standards of GMP compliance, operational accuracy, and continuous improvement. You’ll help foster a respectful,



collaborative environment while actively contributing to daily production workflows and company values.

What you will be working on:
- Maintaining accurate time reporting by clocking in/out consistently.
- Following all GMP, PPE, SOPs, and safety protocols.
- Completing all required training and remaining available for multiple shifts.
- Reading, understanding, and executing SOPs and Batch Records (BRs).
- Correctly filling out batch records and documenting deviations when they occur.
- Achieving independent proficiency in one unit operation within one USP focus area within 60 days.
- Identifying equipment within trained areas and explaining equipment function, infrastructure, and process flow.
- Reporting errors or improvement opportunities and elevating issues immediately to the USP Supervisor.
