GRID is looking for a Tournament Coordinator to join our Tournament Services team and take operational ownership of assigned tournaments from initial planning and design through to live delivery and post-event review.

You will be responsible for translating tournament objectives, approved designs and commercial requirements into clear, executable operational plans. You will coordinate the people, teams, systems and dependencies required to make each tournament successful, while maintaining event readiness, managing operational risks and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout the tournament lifecycle.

You will act as the primary operational point of contact for your assigned tournaments, working closely with GRID teams including Tournament Services, League Operations, Tournament Production, Partnerships, Integrity, Support
